Accounts Payable Assistant – Royston

Due to excess work load, our well established Royston client require an Accounts Payable Assistant for a 2 month interim contract. In the Accounts Payable job, your duties will include the following:

  • Adding new supplier details to the system
  • Matching invoices
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Dealing with supplier queries
  • Allocating payments
  • General administration and support to the finance team as required

To be considered for the Accounts Payable role you will need to have previous experience in a similar purchase ledger job, have strong Excel and SAP systems skills, the ability to work to deadlines and build relationships at all levels.
