Business Manager/Senior Recruitment Consultant

Abacus Consulting is going from strength to strength, in our 17th year of trading, the longest established independent accountancy recruitment specialist in Northampton.

You’ll see from our website www.abacusconsulting.co.uk that we have an incredibly loyal and experienced team to thank for our success, and we are now looking to grow further by recruiting an additional Business Manager to focus on the permanent, qualified accountancy market across Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire.

We envisage the person we need to be currently working in financial recruitment, or another white collar specialism, in the local area and to be ready for a new challenge in a professional, consultative environment with genuinely autonomous responsibility for developing their own business.

The Directors at Abacus take a very hands off, albeit supportive approach, viewing their responsibility to be the provision of the platform and tools required for the Business Managers to deliver to their clients.  As such, we use industry leading, state of the art recruiting software, have an extensive marketing budget and a comprehensive and continually cleansed database ready for you to make your own.

If you are tired of the “production-line” recruitment philosophy still so commonplace in many of our centrally managed, national competitors and you are ready for a more grown up approach, where your unique talents and ideas are properly recognised and rewarded for their originality, rather than ignored because they don’t conform to the herd, then we need to hear from you!

For an informal and completely confidential conversation about how your career could flourish with Abacus Consulting, please call William Hayward now on 07775 518093 or email whayward@abacusconsulting.co.uk
