Credit Controller – Letchworth

Our client requires an experienced Credit Controller for their offices located in North Hertfordshire, on an interim basis for at least a month.

This Credit Control role has arisen due to the relocation of the present incumbent. As the Credit Controller, you will be working in a small Credit Control team, reporting to the Credit Manager, working closely with Sales and Operations, ensuring that outstanding payments are collected whilst ensuring that customer relationships are maintained.

To be considered for this role you will have proven Credit Control experience, be confident working to targets and building relationships at all levels. You will be customer focused, commercially aware and solutions driven. To succeed in this role you will have a strong work ethic, be well organised and methodical, have attention to detail and be flexible in your approach to dealing with customers.

Your communication skills, both over the phone and email, will be strong and you will be confident dealing with queries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
