Customer Service Administrator – Northampton

Customer Service Administrator, Northampton, ongoing Temporary role, £9.50 per hour 

Our Client, an international organisation with a local divisional head office, are looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join them on a temporary basis.

As the Customer Services Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling incoming calls
  • Booking deliveries and collections
  • Processing orders
  • Resolving queries
  • Producing KPI reports
  • General Office Administration

We are looking for someone who is immediately available and has held a similar role previously and is competent using Excel.  There will be a mix of home and office working.
