Customer Service Advisor – Milton Keynes

Customer Service Advisor, 4 months temporary role, Milton Keynes, £11 per hour   

One of our long term clients, a very well respected and well established organisation, have asked us for support in recruiting for a number of Customer Service Advisor roles.

The Customer Service Advisor roles are initially temporary for 4 months and dependent on performance there may be opportunities for permanent positions or extensions to be offered beyond the contract period.

The roles will based on site in Milton Keynes and will be full time hours with a degree of flexibility.  As a Customer Service Advisor, your duties will include:

  • Handling large volumes of inbound and outbound calls
  • Providing guidance where possible or referring calls to relevant departments where necessary 
  • Logging information correctly.

You will need to be confident using various forms of technology, along with working on multiple systems, Ideally you would have worked in a similar customer service role previously and be immediately available to start a new position.
