Finance Administrator – Hemel Hempstead

Finance Adminstrator, busy hands-on permanent role, Hemel Hempstead, £22,000 + Study

A new opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join a highly successful and well established business in Hemel Hempstead.  This is a permanent full time role that exists to provide a robust and comprehensive back office support to the Client Accounting team.

Reporting into the Client Support Accounts Manager, your duties as the Finance Administrator will include:

  • Processing all necessary paperwork for new business
  • Maintaining client records in Excel and in house systems
  • Support the budgeting process
  • Query resolution
  • Working closely with colleagues across the business, client and third parties
  • Ad hoc support to client accounting team as needed

The ideal candidate will have previous customer facing experience, possibly in customer services, all round office administration role or from a finance background. There will be opportunity for progression for the right candidate, study support will be provided if required and there is an excellent benefits package in place including perk box and healthcare.
