Finance Assistant – Watford

Our client, a leading business in their sector, has a need for a Finance Assistant on a permanent basis, ideally working full time hours, but flexible/reduced hours would be considered for the right candidate.

The role has arisen due to a recent restructure.

Reporting into the Accounting Manager, and working as part of a team, your duties as the Finance Assistant will include:

  • Processing payments
  • Maintaining records on database and Excel
  • Reconcile supplier statements
  • Query resolution
  • Ad hoc support to business as needed

The ideal candidate for the Finance Assistant job will have strong finance administration experience, but our client places more importance on you bringing a positive work ethic and attitude, and a willingness to learn and progress. Good IT and Excel skills are important. This is a great role working in recently refurbished open plan offices. A competitive package is on offer, including bonus and BUPA.
