Newly created opportunity for a qualified, part qualified or experienced Accountant to join a well established professional services business at an exciting time in their development
As the Finance Manager you will need to work with new clients to understand their requirements and design a process fit for purpose in delivering the service they need, then spec this out in easy, digestible steps for your team in the offshore shared service centre to work with. Some international travel will be needed to visit the shared service centre and train your staff.
Suited to someone with a good technical accounting background first and foremost, and an interest and track record in process improvement and implementation.

This is very much a trouble shooting role requiring a far-sighted outlook on how things might evolve with each client account and the business in general, as well as the willingness and work ethic to move things successfully in the that direction.
