Purchase Ledger Controller – Ampthill

Purchase Ledger Controller, all round hands-on role with full responsibility for accounts payable, £25,000-£28,000 

Abacus Consulting are proud to be supporting a solution driven business established over 20 years ago on an exclusive basis who require a Purchase Ledger Controller. This is a standalone role working as part of a small finance team in a busy and fast paced environment.

Your duties of the Purchase Ledger Controller will include:

  • Setting up new accounts
  • Managing finance inbox
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Payment runs
  • Query resolution
  • Month end tasks, accruals and prepayments
  • Ad hoc support to finance team/business as needed

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Purchase Ledger/Accounts Payable, probably in a high volume environment.
