Sales Administrator – Buckingham

Sales Administrator, SME Head Office, Buckingham – £25,000- £30,000

Our client, the UK sales and service subsidiary of a major US Manufacturing Corporation, is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator for their UK head office in Buckingham.

Your duties as the Sales Administrator will include:

  • Facilitate the timely preparation of quotations, tenders, mailshots and other promotional activities
  • Responsible for the accurate records of incoming calls and product information requests
  • Responsible for implementing and monitoring sales enquiries and lead generation programmes
  • As directed by the General Manager, help with the organisation of seminars, workshops and exhibitions
  • Make cold calls to potential customers to assist the sales and business development teams
  • Utilise search engines such as LinkedIn to help identify new customers to contact and call
  • Help maintain customer price lists
  • Assist with the maintenance and growth of consumable sales via calling customers and following up on enquries or marketing campaigns
  • Responsible for the maintenance of the CRM database (Microsoft Dynamics CRM)
  • Assist in supporting general office duties as required from time to time under the instructions of the Office Administrator or management.

The successful Sales Administrator will have:

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment with strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
  • Highly organised with good written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to make cold calls to generate new clients
  • Experienced using Microsoft Office and proven experience/proficiency with other computer software systems
