My client is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Analyst to work closely with operations, to drive manufacturing productivity and to ensure greater understanding and visibility of performance.
The successful candidate will have a proven experience working within manufacturing organisations and be confident to business partner with operations and commercial teams. You will support with the annual budget and forecasts, identify risks and opportunities and provide valuable insight and analysis.
You will work closely with the wider finance team to ensure smooth month end close and provide information and commentary when needed. Inventory reporting and stock analysis will also be part of your remit, as well as variance analysis, periodic reporting and reconciliation of stock. There will be a lot of data manipulation and financial analysis with this position, both quantitative and qualitative.
Advanced Excel and use of accounting software is essential, and previous experience working within a multinational business with exposure to US GAAP and SOX is highly desirable. You will have a strong business acumen, have previous project experience and be articulate in both verbal and written communication. CIMA or ACCA preferred.
