I just personally want to say a big thank you to you (Mo) and Katherine for your support & kindness and for finding me what sounds like a wonderful opportunity. This is the only time im my working life that I have ever been out of work, which came as a massive shock to me. It also dented my confidence when I was told I was not ‘Up to Standard’ by my previous employer, however on meeting Katherine she re-assured me and helped me to realise that the role was just not right for me and that I am right to put my family first too. Firstly you kept me informed of all the roles by email even though there was nothing suitable for me. This kept me assured that you still had me ‘on file’ and if a suitable position would arise I would be informed. None of the other agencies did this so you already had stood out from other agencies. That contact is important to anyone seeking alternative employment. Secondly, from the point of contact made by yourself through to me starting my new role, you were attentive throughout. My experience finding a new job with Mo was positive throughout. From our first meeting Mo was honest and professional, while still having a personal touch that has been somewhat lacking when dealing with other recruitment companies. Mo quickly suggested roles where she thought I would fit in well with the people and the company, rather than just putting me forward for every role she had and it has been a very successful process.
